Getting Organized Starter Kit

August 19, 2019

I'm a firm believer that you can get organized for $0 - getting organized is for everyone! However, if you really want to kick it up a notch, here are my recommended products...

PS - all of these items are in my organizer kit at all times! Click the images to purchase.

Brother P-Touch Label Maker

Labels are amazing and fantastic and wonderful and beautiful. I label for function but I also just label for fun (for example, all of my plants are labeled with their names). This bad boy has several different fonts, styles, settings, and 99 different frames. Essentially, a girl's best friend.

Command Hooks

Get.Everything.Off.The.Floor. Hang your keys, your bags, your hats, you to-do list attached to a clipboard, your aprons, your dog leash. You can stick these suckers anywhere, and if you remove them properly they won't damage your wall!

Rubber Band Ball

You just never know when you're going to need one. Having all your rubber bands in a ball keeps them tightly together instead of spilling loose from wherever you shoved them in your drawer. Also - you really only need one rubber band ball for the rest of your life. There are so many on there!

 Measuring Tape

To measure measure measure BEFORE you buy new containers for a space but only AFTER you have completely decluttered!!

Super Sticky Notes

These bad boys really come in handy when labeling big piles during a sort. I also like to leave sticky notes around a newly reorganized space as temporary labels. It helps to train your brain quicker - as opposed to opening what USED TO BE the spice drawer 27 times while cooking.

I even stick them upside in hanging file folders to create temporary labels while sorting paper clutter!

Happy organizing!!
