Habits I Struggle With The Most

I believe that in organizing and in life, building a better version of yourself is just building better habits. I love seeing my clients achieve goals and create new habits for themselves that keep their spaces beautiful.

As a Professional Organizer, I often feel this self-induced pressure to keep up on ALL of the habits (you know - meditation, drinking water, 8 hours of sleep, tidying the bedroom). Even thought this is unrealistic, I still get embarrassed when I fall short. For example – my car? Usually a mess! And this is embarrassing to me! Even now, I can’t believe I am tell you this!

There are many habits I am always working on. I wanted to share a few that I am struggling with the most to let you know – Hey! I’m on this journey too! We can do this! Here they are:

  • Hanging up my clothes when I am done with them.

  • Folding the laundry and putting it away.

  • Watering my plants.

  • Cleaning my car.

  • Dusting. Ick!

  • Doing the dishes.

  • Managing screen time.

  • Washing my face before bed (I am REALLY working on this one! I promise!)

That's just some of my dirty laundry folks.
